If you are looking at buying a vehicle from this place, DO NOT!! They are very pushy and will not let you leave without them getting what they want. Horrible customer service. I went here just to look at some used vehicles and when I told them I did not want to do a trade in for my car (my parents car actually and parents money that would be going toward a new vehicle) they started pushing me into a one day offer that i did not want to take, we all needed time to think about it. They came out to my car as i was leaving and asking if i could not get my parents involved and started talking bad about my parents to me and i told them i am a broke college student and do not have money and this is my parents decision and i need to leave and they would not take no for an answer. Overall horrible experience and do not suggest this place at all!!!

This place is a joke for a dealership. You buy a car there but won't take care of you. And the car was used but it was a dodge and the extended warranty was bought. The part was delayed due to shipping in June. No loaner,then get one to have it barley two weeks and told have to return it because they need it back. Go in to see about trading it. Was told someone would call us. No one did. We went back in to have a salesman Jacoby pawn us off on another salesman. Jacoby promised we would hear from him that day. We limped our car with a busted carrier bearing to the Ford house. They new the issue and moved mountains to get us in something giving the same amount for his car as Dodge had quoted. We never heard back from anyone from Dodge till after having the new Ford for a week to let us know the part was in. Yes we did get upset at Dodge because they never stayed in contact with us, we needed a car to get to work and shuffle kids. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is non existent. They need some major schooling in. We understand things are tough right now. But they did nothing to try to make it better. Thank goodness for Kirby at Barber Dyson they were a life savor.

The service technician I dealt with, Michael, was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond his job description to assure that the problem with our vehicle was addressed to our satisfaction. Thanks, Michael! You not only helped me out, you helped me help myself.
