Update:3/25/24: Lost service every day over the weekend. Last week my husband couldnt work from home because of hours-long service loss.
Here we are AGAIN this evening without service and they tried to lay a guilt trip of they are working overnight. Wellthats your JOB!! If you were better at it, we would have reliable service!! One more chance and then were off to join our neighbors at AT&T fiber.
UPDATE: 3/31/2024
Down again but this time its just every five minutes which makes watching a show very frustrating.
