Tom Rosser and his team of professionals are top notch. We are currently out of state and relocating to Oklahoma. We were recommended to Tom and his team by our realtor Mari Auld from Kat Kosmala Group because of their experience with the VA loan process. Tom and his team were transparent from the start. They contacted us weekly to provide us updates on our loan. No question was left unanswered. We had a horrible experience purchasing our first home a year ago. Tom and his team made the home buying process seamless. I wish they were our lender for our first home. From start to closing the process was approximately 40 days. Wow. Amazing. They do nothing right, they refuse to stop calling me and they send all sorts of junk mail. I have asked and asked and asked, and they feel it necessary to bug me, and I do not like to be bugged. And they aren't very good at mortgages. I am thinking the other reviews here are false. Go look elsewhere for their reviews, and you will see the truth.
