Nathan Lofties is amazing at his job. Very patient and easy to work with. Hes creative and listens. He managed to take everything I threw at him in addition to changing my mind multiple times on a number of things and in a very timely manner created my dream house. I couldnt have asked for anyone better to work with. Hes made this step in building a home which, Ive always heard was a nightmare, a very pleasant experience. The whole process was very organized and professional.

If you are looking for a plan designer...LOOK NO FURTHER! CHD took our hand drawn plans and turned them into a masterpiece of work. The turn around time was absolutely spectacular. When the team told me something would be done...IT WAS DONE at that time. I cannot recommend enough.

My company has been working with CHD for years. They are visionary, professional, and I've always felt their main goal is to see our goals happen. They are very busy, but we've always had awesome results with them.

Received our blueprints today from Creative Home Designs, and I can't be more pleased with their work and the design process. Jeff was able to take our requirements and prepared a beautiful set of plans for our home.
If you need design work in Oklahoma (offices in Tulsa, Edmond and Norman!), you can't get much better than CHD!

We were told it would take a month to get the plans. It took 3 and a half months.
Update: City denied the plans because of how poor they were. Had to go with another company to get plans.
