This place of business has absolutely ZERO professionalism and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would!! First off when I called to inquire about their services I specifically asked if they would be able to move small items of furniture such as recliners and a small table and a treadmill because I could not move them myself due to being pregnant. They told me that it wouldn’t be a problem and they could move it. So I scheduled with them to come the following week at 9am. At 9:15 on the day they were supposed to arrive I received a call stating that the tech called in sick and they would be at least another hour away, which is fine I understand. When the new tech arrive well after 10am he was incredibly rude making a comment about how the house was a mess (we have furniture moved and have been doing some painting and remodeling hence why we were wanting our carpets cleaned!) I proceeded to take him upstairs to show him the rooms we were wanting cleaned when I took him to the room with the treadmill he told me he would not move it and that if I wanted under it cleaned I needed to come hold it up myself! I told him I was pregnant and that I can’t be lifting anything that heavy and he then stated that all he would do was clean around it. I took him to the next room with the recliners and he proceeded to tell me that “I will not move these this is too much work the best I’ll do is clean around them”. At this point I was very upset and took him into another room that was totally empty. I asked him to just do this room and I would find someone else to do the rest of the rooms. He proceeded to tell me that any work he did he would charge me for three rooms even if it was only one room. They completely lied to me on the phone when I initially set up the appointment and the tech was incredibly rude with anything I said not to mention very late!! I ended up sending him home and did not use their services and found another company that would accommodate my requests and not lie to me. I called the office to let them know about the incident and the person answering the phone never offered an apology nor did they even want to try and make things right. This was one of the most unorganized unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I suggest looking for another company to use and not wasting your time with them!! Service: Carpet cleaning
