I placed a rental application and recieved a text messaged that my husband had to fill out a rental application as well and pay the application fee. We paid a total of $80 and have heard no response. I have left voicemails and called several times since 10/14 and no one has returned my calls. They have posted that an apartment is available but will not answer any phone calls or respond to any voicemails.

The apartments themselves aren’t awful. The quality of everything isn’t great, but I’ve seen worse. The issue is they are not responsive at all. We moved in in August of 2020 and have maintenance issues that we’re not fixed when we moved in, they sent someone to fix most of them the next day, he took a drawer from the kitchen to replace it. To this day we still do not have a drawer there and have had other maintenance issues we’ve put in requests for, and none of them have moved past “received” status. I understand the property manager had a few major surgeries a few months back and I think there’s only one maintenance man, but surely they could have hired a secondary person to help each of them if the work load is a bit much for them. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but at this point it’s
been over six months and nothing has changed.
Update: they tried to charge us for “floor repairs” when the floor was damaged to begin with. There were cigarette burns and paint on the carpets when we moved in that I noted on the damage sheet. I have reached out to them but they have not responded and I doubt they will.

Put in application for my daughter with me as co signer and paid $80 the 8/23. Took the money and have NEVER received a call back after 8 follow up calls. I WANT my money back!

They never answer their phones or contact you even when you have an application out for one of their units. We applied and were told (after a week of calling multiple times a day) that we do not make enough for rent but that our application was fine besides that so we needed a cosigner. (we are moving states currently so we have been trying to get employment set up) We got a cosigner and after a week (again calling legitimately 10 times a day with no response) they told us that because we do not make enough in rent we wouldn't be getting the place and that us having a cosigner didn't change anything. (even though our cosigner makes way more than 3 times the rent) Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Lived here for 2.5 years from Nov 2018 to April 2021. Quiet, clean complex. Never had any issues with management and they were always quick to respond to concerns and always fixed maintenance issues. Office always let us know updates about the complexes and made sure we knew when they needed in our units. The response time slowed slightly because of the pandemic, as expected, but management always got back within a few days. We loved our time here and only moved because we bought a home.
