image Do not take your business to this company. You will not feel heard or respected. My story is very long so Ill make it short for everyone. The communication that you receive from your loan officer will be little to none- except for a short or hostile text message reminding you of an email they quietly send with no instruction or explanation. If they email you a PDF of something you have to fill out like a Credit Card Authorization form, be sure to ask before filling out because the loan officer ended up making me complete the exact same thing hours later via DocuSign. Im a first time borrower, 25 y/o. Successful- but still 25 and young with no parents and lots of questions. Anytime I had a question I never received an outright answer and was faced with a rude or dry tone. After notifying David the first time, he had one of the financial processors call me to address the issue no other management, not himself- but a processor. The second time I notify my builder to speak to David about getting me a new loan officer, he calls me saying hey, I heard youve been getting upset because were asking you for a bunch of stuff. As I was pleading my situation begging for someone else or better instructions and still not being heard, David would giggle or say well dont scream at me- only after my reaction to him saying things like I promise were not asking you for too much or anything else he could think of that wasnt related to the issue of finding me a new loan officer or simply just have Ashley explain things a little better. Ive never felt so mocked and belittled more in my entire adult life. All my documents and everything else needed for approval were ready and available without any issues but David kept speaking to me as though I was refusing to submit them. I was given no instructions with a list of documents I needed to have ready within 1-2 days (again, first time borrower here) I was under the assumption that our contract would be nulled after that. This was the original issue I had tried expressing to my officer. I was then faced with the issue of emailed documents not being received by Ashley, then being told that they should have been sent through a portal instead of email. Her and Donita, the processor, both told me I was supposed to email them. Any renter Ive ever had will send or give explicit instructions and have links to all portals needed. I dont feel comfortable trusting these people with my long-term business. Ive never had a phone conversation so frustrating that it almost had me in tears. Advice for David- listen first, dont just start talking at the client. You can still advocate for your employees but turn your mouth off and your ears on first or nobody will want to do business with you. UPDATE- this is who youre doing business with! Look at this man arguing with a 25-year-old!

image David and his assistant Ashley at the start were nice it was until they began to claim I was refusing to get them the information when that was far from the truth. and when I provided proof i did send the correct information. I was greeted with pure hostility. I provided proof which he then changed it from not getting to I did it wrong. How can you not get something but then tell me I did it wrong? Pick a story and stick with it. When sending him evidence that I did what he asks he then got defensive saying I need to stop calling up there and arguing, I have talked to this man a total of three times and since October and I'm still not preapproved. I sent multiple emails requesting a response, yet he would only respond to my realtor. All of this activity I have proof and documentation of, including being ignored. We changed lenders and got them all the information they have asked for. The professionalism of this new company I switched to it's like a 380 change.
