I called Mike who explained a few things to me and got someone to inspect my home within two hours. Dustin came and did his inspection in all of the rooms and Confirmed bed bugs, but somehow got lucky and so far have only found evidence in one room. We caught it fast! Dustin was very thorough on explaining the chemicals and how everything works. He has ALL of the bed bug knowledge...how long they live without feeding how many eggs what temperature they start dying at etc. He explains everything along the way. I could not have been more happy as I definitely decided i didnt want to self treat this problem lol. He has great customer service skills 👏 👍 Services: Inspection, Bed bugs

We had a possible Bed Bug situation. When I called for a appt they made it same day and showed up early. Dustin checked the room we were curious about. Even though he found no signs of bugs he checked every room and the couch for my peace of mind. He was knowledgable and thorough. He was friendly and kind and if I did have any more questions or issues to call him right away. Would use again for all my pest needs not just bed bugs.
