So frustrating. I placed an online order for pancakes and a chicken tender sandwich with added mushrooms. The pancakes came with no syrup. I did check online to see if it was something I needed to add but the only options were to add other toppings or extra syrup.. so I assumed that they would come with syrup. I paid almost a dollar extra to add mushrooms to the chicken sandwich but those weren't added. I also ordered fried mushrooms and they did not include the ranch. Offf course I did not have either of those in my house. So my husband called the restaurant and the woman who answered basically asked if I had asked for syrup and ranch. Their menu says the fried mushrooms come with the ranch so why would I have asked. I also asked for a side of jelly which was literally on the receipt but they didn't include that either. So I guess whether you ask for it and pay for it.. you should still have to ask again. I understand one thing left out.. but how in the heck do you forget syrup for pancakes. I guess it's a good thing I have plenty of milk to choke these down.

I've visited this cafe midweek and the food was very good but the service was super slow. We tried again today around 930... after the first breakfast rush. We were served drinks(coffee and tea) quickly. But although I asked for creamer none came and I took some from another table. My coffee was finished before anyone came to take my order. No coffee refill. I saw my food under the warmer and watched the 3 floor staff walk by it without a look. When my plate was delivered I had no silverware. When I asked for it I was asked to wait. My food had already set waiting to be served. Now I had to wait again to get utensils to eat it. By the time I got a fork my request for a coffee refill and cream was long forgotten!
I will not give this place another opportunity to unimpress me!
