My mother took my son up there to spend his birthday money on some items that he wanted to get (per his request). When he picked out his items they walked up to the counter the clerk gave my son his total and my mother told him to give him the clerk the amount . The employee then stated sarcastically Nothing like having to pay for your own games on your birthday.
First of all, how completely rude and ignorant to assume you know any situation and speaking without knowledge is just running your mouth.
Second of all, now my son is at home saying he was upset that the employee said anything at all.
Hes happy with us products but the customer service is poor. Very poor.
