I just picked up an order from this location. The worker who loaded them was very nice and efficient! But I got home to find my strawberries are moldy. They weren't even hiding in the bottom, they were right on top. The app made it easy to get the refund but it stinks that their grocery picker couldn't bother to look them over before they gave it to me.

I bought an auto battery last month, and this morning, my truck wouldn't start. I got a jump and brought it back to have it checked. I was told everything was fine, but when I went home, it wouldn't start again. I checked the terminals, and one of them was super loose, I returned to the auto department. I want to thank Ben, who was very helpful and helped me get it fixed correctly

Ok let's talk about a few different issues and times I have had at this store. First the little short chubby manager which always has his shirt tucked into pants that are sagging past his knees. He is super rude and unprofessional I have dealt with him a few times and seen how he talks and treats employees and customers. The one time I had a big issue with him was when one of his employees a CSM started yelling at me stating something was recalled and such that's why it wasn't scanning. Even though when I finally got her to show me her scanner is said before sell date. No biggie if she would have originally said that but she had to get an attitude with me acting like I was in the wrong for picking something up that wasn't suppose to be out yet. Then for him to come over and cut at me and call me stupid was just out of control. He even accused me of grabbing the box from the back. The figures were all on the shelf not my fault the employees don't pay attention.
Now for how the staff at this location act. Most will either ignore you if you ask for help or will just say they don't have it without even looking.
I had an online pick up here once. I order the four ninja turtles figures all said in stock. When they picked it they said 1 was out of stock. I had to run in anyway so I went to the section and there was a peg with the 1 that was out of stock atleast 6 deep. Only reason I did them as pick up was they were cheaper online then in the store.
Now for the cart grave yard. Yes everyone knows what that is. That's where they put the broken carts this store has a bunch. The issue is half of them ate actually not broke.
They put those little carts in there and surround those with broken carts to make it look like they are broke. When in fact they are not. Same for the carts with the 2 seats for kids the carts for car seats and so on. It's the cart pushers being lazy and not wanting to deal with those carts on the lot. It's ridiculous how lazy they can be.
Just sucks it's the closer walmart to my house. Yes there are markets around me but they don't have all I need.
This walmart use to be better but lately it's becoming like the admiral one for sure.
