I've had the privilege of working with IBT for more years than I can remember. They helped us plan for our technology needs as we grew from a single location to a multi-state operation with 7 different offices and multiple remote workers. Beyond keeping us updated with the best tools and support options, they provide a top notch staff that are always willing to help. Speaking of the staff, yes they are very knowledgeable, but more than that, they are friendly and concerned about our success. I highly recommend IBT. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. It will be the last time you have to search for an I.T. company.

IBT-I wanted to let you know how great your support team has been to me over the last week.
Whether it was getting my Surface set up at my home with the ability to get on the Chamber network or making sure my updates did not start running in the middle of a Zoom meeting, Marcus was there. I truly appreciate everything he has done to assist me.
As a non-techie, he was a huge help!!
