I called Justin and told Him I needed a drive line or my Baler and he said I will get somebody on it couple hrs later service manger called me and said he would have to check if they had one few minutes later he called and said they dont have new one but they got good used one I can use tell my new one comes in they can meet me part way and I said great then he texted me back and said guy would just bring t to me then few minutes went by and he called and said leaving arnett about 6:30 in Evening he got it to me and I started baleing that is great service they went the extra mile great people

After annual tune ups, screws are loose and fall off most recently the small tires supporting turns, one fell off, lost some bushings and clip. Before turn up all fine. Halfway through first mow noticed a wheel hD come off. Lack of looking everything over and tightening to ensure mower ready.
