      Nick, it was good talking to you after the review was sent in, you mentioned that it was not a reflection of my agency but on Allstate itself. Unfortunately, rates have gone up and I sure wish I could control that for you and others. I am only able to provide the best service I can and to treat others with respect, which I hope I have with you each time we have had an interaction. I understand the frustration of higher rates and inflation is giving us all an extremely hard time on our budgets, feel free to call and go over your coverages and let me know how I can personally be a better agent for you.
