Great company! They really support their staff and families. Mr Jerry King and Mr Steve Sawyer are amazing. You work hard and put forth hard work they see it and acknowledge your achievements. KAI has is a company I hope we have many many years with.

Some issues in the past, but now with new leadership in operations, things are getting handled. With Roy and his support staff the future looks much better there. Glad to see they finally have a sense of direction there as the personnel doing the work on the floor are great people. They just lacked real leadership. Best wishes for this team.

Poor lower level mgmt. Poor day to day planning. Lead & P.M. didnt get along so there was bad communication on daily tasks.

Good work. Poor project management. They want you to hurry while awaiting parts. Great environment, just need some improvement on spares and hardware expeditions...
