I've been literally waiting for months, actual months for a top for my car. They told me it would be only 3 to 6 weeks, not months. Also everytime I call they give me an excuses then say they will call me back and they never do this is ridiculous and I want my money back.
Update: I had to be the one to call them back and the man was super rude yelled at me then said I wad the one who was rude. I did not raise my voice once till he was rude first.
Update: literally still nothing please anybody don't go through them they are hard-core scammers.

I went to these people because they had replaced the headliner in my Dodge van about a year ago, and did a marvelous job. It looked factory fresh.
This recent visit was to put a new vinyl top on my Cadillac. I was told the job would take a day or two. It took almost three weeks. When I got the car back, some of the cadillac insignia was missing - and even though they searched, they couldn't find it. The job was messy, looked as though a 10 year old had done it -- it was wringkled, with large gobs of vinyl bunched up, with no intention to make it look proper -- further, the gas tank cover would not open or close, and the trunk wouldn't open. I had to take it to my mechanic to get the trunk open. He said someone had switched the opening instructions to "valet" via a switch in the glove compartment. He had to look up the problem on the internet in order to find the cause. If you have any respect for your vehicle, or want it to be in good condition, do NOT go to these people. They do not know what they are doing.
