Waited almost a month for an appointment. Took off work to go, only to be told they stopped taking that insurance 9 days prior. Said they sent me a message and called and left a voicemail, which is false. Had the same phone number for 20 years, never got a message or a voicemail.

Make sure to keep your receipts, they'll later tell you you never paid rude staff, made us wait over an hour

Worst experience ever. Staff is unhelpful. I have an expensive pair of glasses that I'm still unable to wear. So disappointed!

Not impressed with the staff at all. They are rude and dont seem to know what they are doing. I ordered a trial pair of contacts, which Im pretty sure they forgot to order until I checked back to see if they arrived two weeks later. Finally received the trial pair after three weeks. I went on to order 6 months of the monthly pair and two weeks later I still dont have them. I wanted to use the insurance for this year and use 2024 for glasses, but now Im not sure thats going to happen.
Im getting my prescription and going somewhere else.

The front desk was very rude and snooty lied to me about my paperwork I have issues seeing. I don't care to be lied to. I didn't even get to see the dr. If this is how you are treated when you walk in I don't care to see how they treat me in the exam room. I recommend any other Dr. in Ada over this office.
