I'm going to try and ne nice here. That said, it is a very difficult thing indeed. The staff is very unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and even scary to be blunt. Evil would about sum up everything that i have to say. After the first couple issues at my tri-sun rental home were addressed in such an awful way, I fixed issues the best I could on my own after that. When I moved in, they did a walk through with my parents and I, my Dad mentioned that there was a strong draft coming from the attic. I came back the next day and found that the maintenance man had super-glued and screwed the door to the attic steps shut (WITH MY THINGS UP THERE!), next the basement flooded and when I reported it I was yelled at and was told that I never should have stored anything in the basement. She told me that, and I quote, " you never put anything on the basement floor!" Then the place was..we'll say haunted to say the very least. They also sent so guy who looked and acted like he was on drugs to supposedly clean the gutters in the middle of the winter. I was never notified me that this was going to happen and the guy did not even have a personal photo ID much less any credentials or proof that he worked for anyone. I called the police. I could go on and on but take my word for it, go somewhere else!

This company is horrible and rude! They are putting families in Bed Bug infested homes and are not trying to resolve the issue! DONT RENT FROM THEM!
