If you are looking for a place to get in, get a in an excellent workout and feel great about it, 9Round Westerville is it! The owner, Sharon Prince, is awesome and so are her trainers!

Very fun way to get a workout in if youre interested in this sort of exercise. Its like anything in that you will get out what you put in. The trainers will help you work around any injuries or limitations you have.
I used to do more of the traditional gym thing where you lift weights and do cardio. This workout will have you less sore than a hard lifting session and less tapped than a hard cardio session BUT you will be fatigued in a new way thats a combination.
You can get into really good shape with this if you put your mind to it.
I wish there was a locker room where you can shower and a pull-up bar to compensate for all of the push type exercises. But all in all, this is a solid place to workout.

This is a great place to get a workout in. It will give you an amazing full body workout and you will have fun doing it. The trainers do a great job of correcting form and making sure you are exercising in a safe and effective way.
