Aspen dental Troy wanted to
charged me 2400 hundred dollars for a tooth extraction and deep clean. The doctor called in a surgical procedure for a quick yank out tooth. I cancelled the appointment 2 days in advance and they charged me 1500 through a care credit bill now I have to dispute the care credit charge as fraud for "services not completed" why Aspen do better man

I'll never go to Aspen Dental again. The place was disgusting. The walls were not clean and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years. And they put me in a chair to look at a brown wall, turned away from everything.
Then the doctor was cold, impersonal, and to the point. He seemed to only care about making money. His secretaries didn't fare any better.
Then as he was starting the extraction I could feel the pain and said so (and I think I have a pretty high tolerance for pain). And his response was, "I already gave you double the amount, and I'll have to refer you to an orthodontist if this doesn't work." But he never used what he had anyway, further making me think it's all about the money and how cheap he can be. I've had other extractions and never had that problem with any doctor. And they gave just as much as he did.
Then when the work was done, I had to go to another dentist and pay out of pocket to fix what he messed up. How hard is an extraction?
Aspen Dental is a filthy place, uninviting and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Lesson learned.
