We had a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring from Barrows. Gabe and his team were so helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Im not sure either of us had ever even been in a jewelry shop before so we really appreciated the friendly staff discussing many options with us. My partner eventually brought in an existing band of mine that had a lot of sentimental value and she worked with Gabe to pick out a new diamond for it. The engagement ring turned out amazing and is something Ill cherish forever. Thank you and this will definitely be our go-to place for all future jewelry needs.

Barrows provides the best customer experience! They are personable, knowledgeable, affordable, and trustworthy. My family will never go anywhere else. They have resized and repaired family heirlooms, designed personalized wedding bands, and appraised numerous items for my family. You feel heard, known, and cared for when you interact with their staff. You can trust their advice and work. I cannot recommend them enough!
