My appointment was canceled no one called to tell me, they never rescheduled they were very unprofessional, then they charged me for the service that was never preformed I had to go in and tell them to delete it because I was getting charged for a service I didn't have .

I regret ever going to aspen. I got crowns done and was told my insurance would cover it. Months later it was denied by my insurance and a bill for almost 1000 hit my credit report. I feel like I got scammed. They made me believe my insurance would cover the procedure and did not say that the insurance approval was pending when I agreed to the treatment. I would of never went forward I knew they wouldn't be covered

Though I have received decent services here in the past (mainly from the dental hygienists and technicians) I decided to switch to a smaller (non corporate) dental office upon my last visit to Aspen where I was left to wait for my dental exam for an hour and a half. I had to leave without ever seeing the dentist. I had a toothache at the time as well as anxiety over what dental procedure would be needed. Overall a cold and uncaring office.

My visit was very professional and polite!! The receptionist and insurance representative was very thorough and very helpful!!! Hygienist did a very deep cleaning and impressions were very good. Overall a 10!!!!!!!
