I love this Bank. They might not be huge like some of the other ones but their attention to detail and dedication to service can't be compared. Farmers has always been great to work with. They are local and will always have my trust.

The only reason this is not a one star review for me was do to the first representative who called me after receiving an auto loan for my company through them. I have bought six vehicles now and I pay for them all the same way through the account manager on the website of the business I have the loan through. Not this bank though, my two options are to get charged fees that are worse than atm fees or I can drive to one of their locations that is no where near me nor even reasonable for me to do. If I were to do that for everything I need to pay for each month I would be spending days worth of time just driving so I do not know why they think it's ok to run a system like that when no one else does. I have an ever expanding business to deal with and for anyone getting an auto loan they should not have to deal with a prehistoric/outdated system such as the one they have. I would not recommend getting a loan through them since it is a hassle. If someone tells you that they found farmers and merchants as an option for a loan like the dealer did for me, I would request they find another. I can already tell just how painful it is going to be for me to have to make payments here each month, and I do not have the time for it.
