I am extremely impressed with this company. From estimate to installation they were nothing less than professional! Never felt pressure to make a purchase. I initially contacted this company in early March 2020. I spoke with the owner, A.J., who was extremely helpful and more than willing to discuss my projects with me over the phone. This alone was a rare experience, and most window companies just have an answering service. About a week later the world shut down due to Covid, so we never followed through on the work we had discussed. Remembering how helpful A.J. had been I finally called again in Feb 2023, still needing the same work done. I didn't need to be sold on the Sunrise Brand of windows they sell. I had already done enormous research on them and as a result had purchased a ton of them for my home in 2013 through another dealer, who no longer serves my territory. This time when I called I spoke with Mark. He's an incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and considerate guy. He suggested I call before driving down there on my desired day, so that he could make sure he was available to help me.
I visited the Smart Choice showroom on 02/14/23. Mark could not have been more helpful or informative. As I said, I was already sold on Sunrise Windows, but I had been nervous about using a different dealer than I had used previously, as the first dealer was wonderful and had left pretty big shoes to fill. Well, my visit with Mark eliminated any hesitation I had. I will be scheduling an appointment with them very shortly so they can come out to my home and measure for the remaining windows I need replaced. I was impressed by my interactions with both Mark and A.J. as I find their high level of service is extremely rare. Also, they are not your typical salesmen in that there was no hard sell and no pressure tactics involved. I'm looking forward to buying my windows from them, and I'm absolutely open to buying a new roof and gutters from them as well. So far, dealing with Smart Choice has been a great experience.

The company on a whole was wonderful. From the initial meeting to finalization of the installation. Sales were no pressure, just the facts. We were updated while windows we on order. Installation scheduling was timely. The install crew, headed by Aaron, were all very professional, they were willing to answer any questions we had. They protected our belongings and cleaned up and left the property tidy. Bottom line is this was a quality business, the windows were as described and the installation was top notch.
