Partner is very sick right now so I ordered delivery to be safe. The order was missing my drink. When I called door dash support they told me to call the restaurant and when I called the restaurant I was told the door dasher was supposed to grab it themselves and I wasnt able to get a refund because they didnt know how and I was told to just come pick it up myself- entirely defeating the purpose of delivery (which I paid about a $5 fee for). I was then told to call back tomorrow when there was someone there that could help me. Food was fine otherwise just incredibly disappointed in the service. I still have not received a refund.

I usually dont like going to subway because the staff and the food arent that great but this subway i am a loyal customer because of the young group of staff they are very good workers and very nice i spent around a thousand dollars in a year just at this one location just because of the great staff i hope this review help other and other restaurants.
