Emily from the check -in is absolutely terrible. She does not know how to talk to people and should not work with the public. I went in for pain around my mouth and found out I had a sharp piece that was cutting my tongue. I did not have any pain with my tooth. The dentist who I am very happy with shaved it down and now I am in sooooo much pain. Emily would not put me through to anyone else, could care less what I was saying and was very rude. I work in the medical field and would never treat anyone the way I was treated today. This pain was not because of me and was something the dentist did. I feel they should try and make this right. I cannot take off of work and free all week. They expected me to either extract the tooth, come in on Tuesday and call off for a root canal or wait until Dec. Why extract a tooth that could be saved? Very unhappy. I've tried to find a corporate number or someone higher up and now see why that is not available
