This bank is absolutely horrid. They work with TPG to do tax refunds for places like TurboTax. I did an IRS tracing that took a year and a half as the IRS is so slow. I finally found it was related to them. I call and they bounce me to TPG who gave me a tracing number which I brought to my bank and it was traced to a deposit of hundreds of dollars less than the IRS tax return deposit. So I call today. Convenient this lady Ashley is borderline hostile and keeps transferring me to the TPG automated tax number which doesnt recognize previous tax filings only this year. When I tell her shes being particularly unhelpful, she transfers me. I keep calling back maybe a dozen times figuring its a call center and someone besides her would answer. Nope! Just her, repeatedly hanging up on me and telling me I shouldnt keep calling because no one there will help me. I didnt swear or even raise my voice. Just told her shes incredibly rude and I want to speak to a manager.. obviously she transferred me back to the automated tax line. Some serious attitude and ignorance. Also how is it even legal to have so many third parties involved in taxes? I finally have TPGs email and will contact them but big yikes. Stay away from people who do business with this bank.

Do not use this bank for any needs at all, they lie and are cluless on digital banking are rude to customers who are trying to dispute a charge and will deny you a dispute because they lack knowledge of digital banking,as you vsn sre with other revirws stay far aeay from any branch of this bank no matter where they are.

Absolute liars or full of people that have no idea about digital banking. Do not use this bank for anything. They do nothing to protect your information.

Couldnt be less helpful in getting in my refund to me. DIRECTLY FROM THE IRS, this is where my refund is being held, not SBTPG as they like to claim
