This place should be shut down. They really dont care about your well-being. Ive been dealing with mental health providers and recovery resources for 20 years and never have I actually left a mental health care facility worse off than when I arrived. Ive called the supervisor several times and I never get a call back. I was prescribed a depression medication without seeing a doctor and come to find out Im pregnant not depressed. Maybe if someone actually cared there we couldve ruled that out first but no pump me with meds dont call me back and make sure you cancel my appointment twice than the next one mark me as a no show which is a flat out lie. Never ever ever again. Beware if you truly care about living a better life. This is not the place for that. Less than 1 star.

I started going to firelands after I had a mental breakdown in August of last year. Loved Mt therapist Kathy she's awesome the only reason this review has a star at all. Every one else there the doctors. The nurses. The reception and even the supervisor constantly threatened to take my services away. I have PTSD and anxiety and depression sometimes uts hard for Mr to leave the house not to mention I just had a baby and i have a toddler but they took my services away for not being able to keep up with appointments this started when I had my baby. Because I was healing and couldn't leave my house I'm inconsistent and my help with my mental should be taken away. Honestly the worst service I've ever dealt with I dreaded my appointments everytime I had to talk to someone other than Kathy hateful people at the front desk. They are just there for a paycheck dint convince yourself they care about you they aren't even trying to. Never again! (Office in Port Clinton buckeye blv.)

The only reason I gave this place a one star is because it wont let me give it zero. This place does not care about their patients. The people at the front desk are the rudest people Ive ever met. If you work in a place that handles mental health I would expect a better attitude. They set you up with appointments with people who are not even in the office! I went in and they sat me in a room by myself and turned the computer on. This place is ridiculous.
