Service was professional and very fast. Brought my vehicle in to have the starter replaced, and was in and out within 90 minutes. Kelby was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the work that needed done. I will drive further to have my work done at the Pickerington Firestone!

Unprofessional staff, and hidden charges for work not completed. I called to make an appointment staff was rude and upset I had a warranty. Staff said " OH, shoot, Man damn" when I mentioned my warranty.
When my appointment day came, I dropped my car off at 7am. By 5pm I hadn't heard back from them so I called for a status update. Staff said they hadn't gotten to my car, said I can come get. I asked when can I get it looked at, they said tomorrow they are short staffed. The next day came and they over quoted for a headlight and then charged me a diagnostic fee without even giving me my diagnostic in writing. They also claimed my warranty didn't cover.
They are rude and unprofessional

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles for service to the Pickerington Firestone since we moved here in 1998. At first it was for convenience and fair pricing. Over the years, it's still for that along with getting the work done properly but also great customer service. And if you have the opportunity to deal with Carlin if he's not in the garage, he's not only professional but personable.
