I Tried calling several times about a property I was interested in. That Mark A Kramer was listing and never got a callback or text. If you are trying to sell your property with this realtor, please think twice as he doesn't answer to potential buyers.

I was interested in one of their listings, so I drove by and called the number on the sign. I was sent to voicemail and left a message. I continued to call that number five times over the next three days, leaving three voicemails. I never received a call back. I finally did some research online and found another number to call. It was a Friday by this time and the gentleman told me it was a cash only offer, I told him that I was offering cash and wanted to make an offer. He told me to call back after the holiday weekend. I called back today, after the weekend and was told they had excepted an offer. This is not good business in my book.
