Apparently, Royalty Roofing company only offers financing by applying and approval and use of their specific credit card company their set up with for the ONLY financing option. NO other financing options are allowed besides all upfront thousands of dollars. This payment requirements are both a HUGE inconvenience to their customers as the ONLY method for financing with this Company. Nope! I am NOT applying for your hugely high interest rate credit card approval for your business services for just a roof fix.
We were willing to have our debit card on file with them for automatic monthly payments. They denied any other financing options except their financing credit card approval. NOPE! We will not be working with this Company. HUGE financial inconvenience and I should NOT be required to open a credit card they ONLY contract with for your services. Zero stars. We did not proceed with any services. Very highly disappointed because of their great reviews on here.

Had a new roof installed by Royalty Roofing in March 2024 and was very happy with Brent Sander our Salesman and contact person. He handled everything in a very professional manner. We had one small incident during the installation and Brent as well as the roofers and Royalty dealt with the matter quickly and very efficiently. I would recommend Royalty Roofing to my neighbors and friends.

I have had problems from the start. Miscommunication and no communication are how I would describe. My roof was installed and not to my satisfaction. The workmanship was ok but a lot of mistakes. One of the workers use my hot tub as a ladder and tore the top. That was never fixed and never addressed even after more than 10 emails to the sales person to the manager and to the owner.. Had 68 nails still sitting in my garage and I was to be paid one dollar for every nail I found. This is their claim. Again never addressed and never paid. Ive had problems with the roof. And the soffits and Im not sure if anyone will ever return my call or an email So this is my recourse. A lot of empty promises. Very little results. I did however receive a demand for payment in an expedited manner. In fact they told me they would file a mechanics lien even though they werent finished. As predicted as soon as they got paid They vanished without a trace never to be seen, or heard from again.
