I am the owner of a local machining company, called for a small heat treat order, sent out one of my employees to drop the material off, only to have a phone call from my employee saying that she was met by an angry and aggressive old man, yelling at her simply because she was just making sure that the company knew the specifications needed.
I immediately canceled the order and went elsewhere, and made contact with the company asking to speak to a foreman, a man answered and then the "foreman" answered, seemed to be the same person, and just wanted some clarification on the matter, and again met with an aggressive, belligerent man.
Hopefully he is not the owner, if not I would've sent him packing a long time ago, website does state "Professional Metal Heating services and family owned"

We've used this company for years. They are knowledgeable, quick turn around and very friendly. Their pricing is also very fair for the industry. If you have a question about a specific material/spec just call, they are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Extremely rude owners, will not listen if there is an issue with quality. Also they act as if their quality is high enough to have a testimonial page on their website. They have 2 that are in latin, one of which is from John Doe.
