I wish zero stars were an option…Bought an $1800 Christmas Tree from lighthouse and every year I have to replace 200+ bulbs on it.
Of course they say that is normal when I bring it in. I have used the same string of lights outside for the past 10 years and I think I’ve replaced one or 2 bulbs but my $1800 tree doesn’t even last a season without burning through 200 bulbs. But yet that’s normal operation for a lighthouse tree. It’s not, they sold me a lemon! Way to stand behind a product that you sell. I would question anything bought from this store since you will treated like you purchased from a fly by night store. Spirit of Halloween has better customer service than this place and they're only open for a month and a half every year….
So think long and hard before you give this place your money. Better hope you don’t need any customer service, because you won’t get ANY.
