image This store does not honor their broken parts. No refund or exchange. Huh. But the product was open when we bought it and the women that sold it promised it worked cuz she tried it.they are not sympathetic or pleasant to deal with and I Do NOT recommend them at all. Rude rude rude and absolutely no help now u are telling me have me on video with her opening it and show me it and it was bought by my son. For me as a Christmas gift so that isnt true at all. Also when I came in today u told me those come sealed so we would only have seen the display so exactly how did she show my son this product at hand. So everything u just replied s not accurate at all

After reviewing the cameras, I see that the product was shown to you and tested for working functionality. If a product does not function, we will not sell it. Also, the glass piece that you claim came broken, was in perfect condition when leaving the store. I also reviewed the phone call when you called in, our staff was helpful and informative giving you the next steps on how to claim the product through its manufacturer. I did not hear any hostility or rudeness during the call from our staff. Please follow the directions we gave you and contact the manufacturer for a no hassle replacement process. Pulsar is great, which is why we do a lot of business with them. We hope that you give us another shot at meeting your expectations. image Sold me a junk battery refused to replace it twenty minutes later. I understand they have signs up but still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

You mean to say you left the store with a working battery and the cart you have isn't working. Not all carts work on all batteries. Every battery we have is charged and tested for functionality.
