I had an appointment scheduled for an alignment. When I got there they had no record of it. I had taken a picture of all the estimates and showed them that I had written the date and time of my apt down & their price quoted to me. After apologizing several times he said no worries pulled my van in and the two of them jumped right on it. I had to wait abt 30 extra minutes or so but over all I was satisfied.
