      image Absolutely atrocious. Called to get service for my A/C unit, which has been serviced by them since 2009, and they were absolutely no help. I called over the weekend and didnt get a call back. I called again a few days later. Refused to send anyone out. Refused to even stay on the phone to help me find a serial number on my unit. Referred me to Walmart for assistance. Hurried me off the phone after two minutes of talking. What an absolute joke. Will not waste my breathe with this company again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
