Super poor customer service and long wait times at this location. Only one person working the whole front EVERY TIME you go in with the line backed up. The others (we see the manager back there a lot) in the back. I get they have prep work but not during dinner rush & not every single time! No wonder the Employees arent friendly & the turnover is so bad. Not much teamwork happening there.

I had to erase my good review and now giving a bad review. Horrible service and food nothing made right and the guy who answered the phone when I called pretty much said what do you want me to do about it. Never going back

ashley b provided excellent service and made one of the nicest well put together subs I've seen made there, looked like it was taken straight off the menu
