I never leave bad reviews, but I can’t let this one go. Dr. Fomich and the hygienists were fine, but too quick in my opinion. The person who handles the insurance/ the receptionist has no idea what she is doing and is very rude on the phone. My husband had a dental cleaning/exam in April and my daughter and I had the same thing in June. We received bills from the dental office for the full amount. I called and was told they never received payment from the insurance so we are responsible for the whole amount (almost $800). I called my insurance company after receiving the bill for my husband’s visit and was told by the insurance that they had paid the claim in full and they reached out to the office and had to talk the receptionist through how to check if a claim had been paid by the insurance. Then I received bills for my daughter’s and my visits from June for the full amount. Same thing, I called the office and was told they had not received payment from insurance. Insurance had to call them again to tell them they did, in fact, pay both claims in full.
That staff member either needs to be retrained in how to do her job or find another job. So much incompetence.
My insurance doesn’t cover many small local dentist, so I was excited to find one covered that is right down the road from me. However, we will definitely not be using them again. We, unfortunately, will be using the big chain dentists from now on. Boo.
10/10 would recommend staying away from this place.

Dr. Fomich and his staff have been wonderful! They’re always very helpful, professional, and accommodating! I recommend this dental office if you’re looking for one!

The dentist is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing him for years. I had moved out of state for a year, and the new office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They never answer the phone and then want to charge you for a no show. Umm no thank you! I’ll sadly have to find a new dentist. The girl that is up front needs training her name is Allie…
