Eric is THE most attentive and friendly real estate agent!!!
He assisted with getting my house in Columbus in contract within 24 hours at 54k over list. He always had my husband and my best interest at heart. He made sure the deal was buttoned up and all the numbers worked to our favor and still got the house sold.
He went above and beyond to help us buy our forever home. Stayed on the task until we were able to close the deal. He made sure the deal was the lowest price we could go for the house and still get the offer accepted.
