Update: They/Victoria snuck in $17 per month Device Protection add-on. Verizon refuses to refund for the time period from the date of activation to the day of the cancellation. Watch out for this sneaky add-on. Also, the promised discount isnt showing up on our bills. Changing from 5 stars to 1.

Victoria was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. She helped me purchase a new device and also switch from a different carrier in no time. When I inquired about promotions and deals, she did not hesitate to look for eligible promotions for me, which I greatly appreciated.
If you are in a hurry, I suggest making an appointment. This location seems to get busy so if you are impatient, definitely make an appointment. Otherwise, you might be waiting awhile.
