Called the day after my wedding to check pricing on wedding dress cleaning and preservation. The gentleman I spoke to told me it was $170. I dropped my dress off and they cleaned it. It was pretty heavily stained on the bottom and they were able to get most of it out - but not all of it. Went I went to pick it up they charged me $290! I told the woman at the register that it was supposed to be $170 per my conversation earlier and she said wedding dress cleaning/preservation starts at $180 and that my dress was very large and the material was hard to work with, and a few other excuses. That was NOT as discussed on the phone, or when I dropped my dress off, or when I came in to look at it before it was being boxed up. She lowered the charge to $260. I had to pay it to get my wedding dress back. While they did a decent job on the cleaning, it is VERY shady and untrustworthy to change the pricing after the service was completed.
