been coming here for around 5 years. they have taken care of my subaru and my jeep from bigger repairs so small maintenance. theyre an easy no frills shop that i plan on coming back to for my car needs. its easy to get in, and theyre usually very upfront with how long something will take. they are a teeeeeeeny bit on the high priced side, in my opinion, but ive never had any issues. and the new reno on the shop looks great!

Ive been taking my car to Knapps for almost 2 years now, and the service is always great! Theyve helped me when my car got side swiped on lake, provided a car for me to drive while mine was being repaired, and I always trust that they have my best interests in mind when recommending the best options for my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Knapp's enough! First off thanking their towing agent Keith, to Jerry. Their staff has been nothing but welcoming, friendly and professional top to bottom. They are extremely helpful and reasonable. It is 100% refreshing to have a shop that isn't looking out for their interest but instead yours. I will always appreciate them for what they have done for me. I'd recommend them any day of the week to anyone. They are the best.

Service and quality of work is excellent! Associates are always helpful and professional. I've been taking my vehicle here for years, and they have always been consistently great!
