Ordering flowers from the Middle East for my sister in the Midwest, Hilliard Floral Design was awesome! I made my order online but they were out of some of the flowers in that particular arrangement that day, I received a call and email ASAP to let me know me. I told the florist that I trusted her and she picked a perfect arrangement.
Everything was fast and of the highest quality. Super easy, well done!

I ordered flowers for a friend of mine recently from Hilliard Floral Design. Pretty immediately, I received a phone call to approve a substitute. The person on the phone was so kind and helped me choose the perfect replacement for one of the flowers in the arrangement. When my friend sent me a photo of the flowers she received, I was floored. I send flowers a lot and have never seen such a full and beautiful arrangement. I was really impressed and so happy with what they delivered!

I came here for my wedding bouquet and my husbands boutonnire. We were having a fall wedding with fall colors. Chris was amazing with helping figure out what was right for us. She had great suggestions. I went with soft fall colors that wouldnt clash with the wedding decorations. They delivered them at the day and time I requested. They made it all work on short notice too. The bouquet and boutonnire were absolutely stunning. Id highly recommend this place for such important occasions.

I live in Florida and wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in Hilliard who just had a really rough week, losing her mother and nearly losing her daughter. This business had great reviews so I ordered around noon and asked for same day delivery if possible. Less than two hours later I received this picture from my friend! Thank you so much for getting my order out so quickly! It meant a lot!

Recently had the pleasure of ordering from Hilliard Floral Design and was thoroughly impressed by the service. Meg was incredibly helpful in taking my order and her expertise in arranging the flowers was evident. The bouquet sent to my friend was received with great delight, showcasing the quality and care put into their work.
