I was just doing a quick Google search to see the hours for Saturday and noticed such a low rating. I don't get that one bit because this branch has always been amazing. So, I just wanted to leave a good review to boost the rating. Be kind to the workers, just because you don't understand something doesn't mean they're doing something wrong.

I was sent on a wild goose chase by this bank because of getting the run around to getting a hold off of a check that no longer showed as pending was told by customer service that a branch could pull the hold so I drove an hour to the closest branch where they were very helpful however since I opened my account in Tylersville was sent there where there branch manager and other employee would not even call anyone I was just told no they couldnt do anything after three diffrent people told me they were the only ones who could pull the hold so now I am two hours from home with not even enough to get gas to get home but you guys keep your hold for another what 8 hours the whole situation with this bank I was just given the run around a complete joke

We have had nothing but great, friendly service at Key Bank. We don't have to go into the bank very often, but when we do, everyone is polite and professional.

Good customer service , helped me with issues with my account and cards right away , when there lobby was open . Would recommend .
