      image Scheduled an appointment for my initial-military CCW, but was 20 minutes late due to car trouble. I called several times to notify the office and to find out if I could still be seen since it was a 45 minute drive away. I left a message, but did not receive a call back either. Upon arriving, they asked my appointment time. I told them 9:30, but before anything else could come out of my mouth, they told me to "leave and try again buddy". I now have to reschedule and will be waiting several months for an opening. Nothing but rude and unprofessional.

      image Went in to have fingerprints done and wound up waiting over an hour and still didn't get them because nobody in there knows where they are doing. If you are doing nfa paperwork don't waste you're time here
