Opened a shared account for my wife and I to use the same card and Katie Hill gave a bad experience. Tried to sign us up for two different accounts and said we could not share one. I said no to two accounts and she said “you don’t want that because what if it doesn’t work out”.. left me speechless. Do Not Work with Katie Hill. Unethical sales right there.. went to the 5/3 across the mall and they were more than helpful and said it could be done and sorry about the experience, she was trying to double a commission. That is the only branch I will go to now.

the banker gave an interest rate that was "good for 12 months" then says she was "misinformed" so no its only good for 3months .... her regional manager also says no apparently so they wont honor what the banker tells a customer. Spread the word please. This is a business that lacks honesty and integrity. move your money to an honest business that treats their customers well!!!!

They Tell you a “a supervisor” will call you in three days to address your concern. No......the same banker calls that lied to you in the first place. Shameful. Unethical. Lacking integrity. Avoid this business at all cost!

Still waiting on return calls. Unfortunate that the manager doesn’t become involved because customer service and follow through is horrible!
