I’ve been taking my daughter to Ohio Peds since she was born and I can honestly say I absolutely love every single person my daughter has had the chance to meet. They are patient with the kids and always have a smile on their face. I would 100% recommend for a pediatrician!

Our appointment was 130pm. Got there to check in at 134pm. They refused to see us because they were " busy. " waiting room was absolutely empty, was taken back to reschedule and saw the rooms open.
Sorry some of us have 2 other children that were doing online learning so we had to wait for the babysitter to get to the house and traffic wasn't the best with the rain.
Never coming back to the Poe Avenue office after we finish with what needs to be done for my 6 year old with ADHD. Clearly these people don't have understanding or compassion.
Also, Susan at the front desk was really condescending and that made us actually angry rather just annoyed. I called the main office in Kettering and they said it was up to the office to see us or not, and being 4-5 minutes they should have seen us anyway to be nice.
Never had this issue when the only provider we have seen was Dr. Wendy Blumberg, for some reason my daughter got taken on by Megan without even asking us.
My son has been with Ohio Pediatrics since 2010. We never had an issue with the Kettering office. This Vandalia office is a total crapfest. Shut it down.
Thanks Ohio Pediatrics at Poe Avenue for showing us you really don't care about the parents or the kids, it's clearly about being selfish and the collecting the money.

We have been with Ohio Pediatrics since 2014 when our first son was born. And at first, we didn't have problems. To be honest, the only person we never had trouble with there was Dr. Mergler. Both of my children loved her. However, you are not guaranteed to always have her. And after this week, we will never return. They didn't listen to us when we tried to explain our child's health issues, they just pushed us off to the ER. Didn't try to treat her. Claimed she had severe double pneumonia and that we had to go to the ER, and they told us if we didn't, they would call CPS. They threatened us. And when we did go to the ER, the doctors and nurses all said that she did NOT have pneumonia. So Ohio Pediatrics lied. And cost us a bunch of money. I'm thankful our child is doing well. But I can't stand doctors who won't even try to hear parents and involve them in their child's health needs. And with the exception of one doctor there, they don't respect parents.

Love all the people who work here! Dr. Merglar is great! She has always been extremely helpful we see her every 3 months and would never even think about going anywhere else. You will have a wait but is worth for me and the nursing staff go above and beyond as well

Quality of care at this office is TERRIBLE. Every appointment was a 30+min wait. Even with EMPTY lobby & rooms. Always “short a dr” and will just send in a substitute in a heartbeat 🚩. Kept wanting me to bring my child in every week for “weight checks” , and/or a pointless ER visit. Ohh no don’t slip up & miss one of these appts cause they’ll threaten to call CPS. I got a VM threatening a CPS call because I missed a “weight check” that I didn’t even know I had. Constantly hounded me to sign my baby up for their “TRIALS”... Trick no good This office, NO GOOD.
