      image I have been a Cricket customer for 5 years. My family has a 4 line plan and we always purchase phones through Cricket when it's time to upgrade. I went in to request assistance with one of the lines. The clerk told me I had to call the customer service number and quickly dismissed me. It was very disappointing service.
