      image Our lease requires trash barrels to be in our garage. We, as tenants, agreed to this term when the property had pet water stations to deposit pet waste. They have removed everyone of them. Stating it is unsanitary to have a staff member dealing with pet waste. But they want us to have a trash bin filled with pet water in our uninsulated garages, right as the weather is warming up. Proposed solution: my a smaller trash bin to put the poo in and leave that outside. ( Because that makes sense)! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YO ANYONE!! also rent is WAY above market for not amenities.
