I went to the site to look at available Internet options and there is exactly ZERO information available! I would like to know what plans are available and what the costs are but nothing on the site that helps in any way unless you count a phone number as valid help.
EDIT: Thanks for your response. I did call and had a very good conversion about available options and I did order service on a second call. It would be very helpful to have some idea of the options available even if there is no pricing before deciding to make a call as I would have probably been able to order on the first call instead of having to make two calls. I know what I ordered but I can't remember for sure what other options are available and it would be nice to be able to just pop up the webpage and check easily.

My wifi and cable go out on a weekly basis. I still have to pay full amount. It cracks me up when they say I'm experiencing a power outage when my power works. Great wave doesn't work. I wouldn't have given one star but was forced to as I am to pay my bill for something that doesn't work for no reason. Growing tired of this.

They were closed before 5, 4:30pm. If you actually work at a job this is not for you. How would an actual working person even request service. Very poor accommodation for anyone on first shift.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star but I can't. Pay for phone and internet and constantly having issues with the internet being so slow that nothing works and the phone will randomly go out even with a hardline phone. I test the internet speed at least once a week and rarely hit 1mbps! Call them and they make it slightly better. Slightly is an over statement since it might make it to 1.5 mbps, and that will only last about a week at best then it goes to around 0.75 mbps. I live pretty far from town but I am still paying for 3mbps.
